What is Small Group Yoga Therapy?

Small Group Yoga Therapy is a unique approach that combines the benefits of yoga and psychotherapy in a supportive, small-group setting. Each 60-minute session includes:

30 Minutes of Movement: A grounding yoga practice tailored to all levels, focusing on mindful movement, breathwork, and physical relaxation.

30 Minutes of Emotional Processing: This is your time to talk about any feelings that come up during the yoga practice. Hania will guide the group in exploring and making sense of these emotions, creating a safe space for connection, self-awareness, and emotional growth. You can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with—there’s no requirement to speak if you prefer to listen and reflect.

You do not need to be in therapy to participate—this service is open to everyone looking for a new way to support their mental and emotional health.

Why Yoga Therapy?

Research shows that yoga can improve mental health by reducing stress, enhancing emotional regulation, and fostering a deeper mind-body connection. When paired with therapeutic dialogue, these benefits are amplified, creating a space for profound healing and self-awareness.

Small Group Yoga Therapy offers a unique opportunity to:

– Develop tools for managing stress and anxiety

– Gain greater self-awareness through movement

– Process emotions in a supportive environment

– Build connections with others on a similar journey
