THERAPY STYLE

I believe we all have the capacity to heal and grow when given the right environment to do so. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a warm greenhouse, a safe space free of judgement, where you can feel empowered to plant seeds of hope and positive change for yourself.

Being a human means that sometimes our minds are confronted with overwhelming emotions that are difficult to tolerate. Examples of emotions that can block our path to personal goals and make us feel stuck include anxiety, depression, insecurity, and grief. In sessions, I will compassionately hold space while you learn skills to better cope with those unpleasant feelings until you are ready to “grow around” the stressors you are facing. Our conversations will always be rooted in mutual trust and respect because I believe therapy is a collaborative process and I want to ensure you feel heard and understood. I would love for you to share your story with me so that we can work together to cultivate a happier and more balanced version of yourself.
