I am passionate about helping individuals feel more connected, grounded, and empowered in their lives. With experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families across a range of clinical settings – including hospitals, outpatient programs, in-home services and community-based care – I bring an eclectic and adaptable approach to the counseling room.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and holistic. I believe that meaningful change happens when we look at the whole person – mind, body, and environment – rather than focusing solely on symptoms. I often incorporate mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and creative interventions, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your lived experience, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, insight, and practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re working through a specific concern or seeking deeper self-understanding, I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental space that is also gently challenging, so that growth is possible.
I welcome clients who are ready to explore, reflect, and take steps toward meaningful change at their own pace.
